An FDA-cleared device, one major feature of the BPM Vision is its 2.8-inch color display, and fine-tuned measurement systems that according to Withings allow it to give users more precise results. This includes heart rate tracking with precise systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, and TripleTrust technology that takes three consecutive measurements for more accurate readings.

The BPM Vision also allows users to swap different cuff sizes ranging from 9 to 20 inches (22 cm to 52 cm) for better comfort. For data management, the device comes with support for AutoSync+, that allows for automatic, phone-free synchronisation of data to the Withings app when connected to Wi-Fi. The BPM Vision also includes unlimited in-app storage and on-device data storage, supporting health tracking for up to eight different users.
