Xiaomi 15 Ultra gearing up for global launch next month

Tech enthusiasts, get ready! Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will launch globally next month. Following the success of the Xiaomi 15 series, this flagship device is expected to push boundaries in smartphone technology with cutting-edge hardware, premium design, and advanced camera capabilities.

The Xiaomi 15 originally launched back in October 2024. While Xiaomi did not explicitly mention which phone will be launched, it’s safe to assume that the company will talk about the Xiaomi 15 and the Ultra variant.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is rumored to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It is also rumored to come with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It will also feature a 5,410mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. As for its cameras, it will pack a triple 50MP camera setup along with an additional 200MP periscope telephoto camera. We are looking forward to the continued use of the 1-inch sensor, hopefully we’ll get even better images this time.

There’s no word on pricing just yet, but we imagine that Xiaomi will share those details at the launch event next month. We expect the company will also have more details to share at MWC since the event takes place a day before MWC 2025 kicks off.
